Level Up Health & Fitness is not your ordinary gym. Our 24 hour space has a combination of indoor / outdoor facilities blurring the lines between classic gym training and the more esoteric. Not only does our indoor space offer everything you would find in a commercial gym, but our outdoor space offers more of an adult playground where anything from rope climbs, sled pushes, tyre flips, Olympic weightlifting and animal flow are likely to appear in the daily workouts.
